Shipping bags refer to the bags used in the express industry to transport documents, vouchers, materials, and goods, they are also known as mailing bags and express packing bags. The most commonly used shipping bags are plastic shipping bags made of polyethylene materials, which have the characteristics of low cost, convenient use and good waterproof performance.
According to the material, shipping bags can be divided into plastic bags, document bags, bubble bags, ziplock bags, woven bags, etc.
1. Plastic bags
There are generally two materials for express plastic bags. One is low-density polyethylene (LDPE) usually referred to as PE, the other is high-density polyethylene (HDPE) usually referred to as PO. Express plastic bags have the advantages of low cost and light weight.
The difference between PE and PO in express plastic bags is that PE has better transparency and softness, and the printing color is brighter, while PO has relatively good mechanical properties. In China, express plastic bags generally use PE as the main material, while in foreign countries, PE and PO composite materials are generally used as the main material of express plastic bags. There are two types of polyethylene shipping bags in the market, one is new material shipping bags, and the other is recycled material shipping bags.
2. Document bags
Express document bags are generally made of gray-bottomed whiteboard paper, white cardboard, and cow cardboard. The express industry generally uses paper with a weight of 200 g/m2 to 450 g/m2. Compared with express plastic bags, express document bags have the advantages of being flat and not easily broken.
3. Bubble bags
The express bubble bags are a transparent flexible packaging bag with a middle layer made of bubble film filled with air. They are mainly used for the packaging of small, fragile, fragile, and less precise goods in the express industry. The express bubble bags are equipped with a shock-absorbing bubble film. There are countless small bubbles in the bubble film, so they are light and flexible. They have good shock absorption, impact resistance, and have the advantages of non-toxic, odorless, moisture-proof, corrosion-resistant, etc.
4. Ziplock bags
Ziplock bags are made of polyethylene (LDPE) and high-voltage linear polyethylene (LLDPE) through blown film molding and hot-cutting machines. They are a kind of plastic bag that can be re-sealed.
5. Woven bags
Woven bag is a kind of plastic bag used for packaging. Its raw materials are generally various chemical plastic raw materials such as polyethylene and polypropylene. The color of the woven bag is generally white or off-white, it is non-toxic and tasteless, and generally less harmful to human body. Although it is made of various chemical plastics, it is more environmentally friendly and can be recycled. It is mainly used for the packaging of various items, and has a wide range of industrial uses.
Of course, according to raw materials, shipping bags are classified into new materials shipping bags, semi-new materials shipping bags, and recycled materials shipping bags.
And according to whether it is printed or not, shipping bags are classified into printed shipping bags and non-printed shipping bags.
